nO SHOW / CANCELLATION POLICY & refund

Your appointment time is valuable to us. We want to provide the best service possible at the time that is most convenient for you. We ask that you be courteous and contact us a few days ahead of time if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. You can call us at

(215-394-5851) or reschedule online through the confirmation text. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged 50% of your appointment. If you "no show/no call" for your appointment you will be charged for 100% of your appointment. When booking your first appointment you will be asked for a credit card to hold your appointment. We cannot hold your appointment if we are not provided with a credit card. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to servicing you soon. All services are NON-refundable.

Any concerns regarding a service you had done at Lovella Aesthetics are to be addressed no later than 72 hours after your appointment so that your service provider can assess your concerns immediately. No exceptions.
