nO SHOW / CANCELLATION POLICY & refund

Your appointment time is valuable to me and I want to provide the best service possible at the time that is most convenient for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel please call us at

(215-394-5851) and give us a 24 hour advance notice. If we do not receive a call before the 24 hours you will be charged for 50% of your appointment. If you "no show/no call" for your appointment we will charge you for the full price of the appointment. When booking your first appointment you will be asked for a credit card to hold your appointment. We cannot hold your appointment if we are not provided a credit card. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to serving you soon. All services are NON-refundable.

Any concerns regarding a service you had done at Lovella Aesthetics is to be addressed no later than 72 hours after your appointment so that your service provider can assess your concerns immediately. No exceptions.
